		<description>Oh, don&#039;t worry I get emoticons in emails from colleagues. It&#039;s getting them in more formal communications I worry about. I&#039;ve been removing exclamation marks from things like reports, marketing material, funding applications etc.... Can you imagine: We&#039;d like to apply for a grant of £10,000 :) Without this money, we&#039;d be forced to cut our services :(</description>
