They do have to move with the times, and I think that their website and embracing of web 2.0 are quite progressive, if not slightly annoying ('we want to know what you think - email us right now', 'go to our chatroom to join the debate' etc. etc.). I think a lot of people just don't realise how much technology, let alone straight TV production, costs. I know I'm a complete snob, but just imagine what ITV would do with the license fee...
